When will my order ship?

Our current order processing time is 1-3 business days. Pre order processing is subject to change based on availability. You will receive an email with estimated pre order processing time once the sale is over. The above mentioned is NOT including shipment time. You will receive tracking once your order is shipped, and you will be able to track shipment delivery updates there.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted 10 days after delivery date. Please reach out to us through our contact form and we will help get you started on your return. Returns are in the form of store credit only. Return Shipping is not included.

How do I cancel or change my order?

We are able to cancel or change your order up until the time the order is processed. If you need to cancel or change your order please message us immediately using our contact form. If your order has already been processed, or has already shipped, we will walk you through your options for exchange or return for store credit.
